Our Story
Background
Jason and Lauren met in secondary school and had formed a close friendship by the age of 13. During lessons, they would often find themselves discussing future business ventures and property ideas, united by their shared ambition and drive. Those common goals gradually deepened their connection, and by the age of 15 their friendship had blossomed into a relationship. They have been side by side ever since.
After finishing school, Lauren pursued further education and earned her degree, while Jason entered the construction industry and steadily worked his way up. By the age of 23, they had achieved one of the goals they used to talk about in class—investing in their first rental property.
In 2019, they expanded into the holiday let market, purchasing a property well suited to the growing demand. Alongside their full-time, demanding careers, they personally managed every aspect of the holiday let for several years. Eventually, they realised that to maintain both their professional and family commitments, they would need additional support.
When their search for a reliable management company delivered few suitable options, they recognised a clear gap in the market. It was this realisation that sparked the idea of providing a much-needed holiday let management service in the growing West Wales market.

Lausons Property Management Ltd was established in 2021 and has since earned the trust of clients and are responsible for some of the most impressive and prestigious properties in the area. Jason and Lauren’s expertise has been shaped through hands-on experience, managing their own property investments and learning through both challenges and achievements. By navigating the process themselves, making improvements along the way, they have developed a deep, practical understanding of what exceptional property management requires. This experience enables them to deliver a comprehensive, full-cycle service — from consultancy, guest services, and operational efficiency to renovation project management and emergency call-outs.
